How to place an order?

First, choose products you love and enjoy customizing them. When you're ready, hit "Checkout."

Enter the shipping details where you can reliably receive packages. Choose a suitable payment method and complete your order.

That's it! We'll take care of the rest for you. 😊

Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?

If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam E-mail folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact Customer Service at support@babacustom.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normally you will receive your order in 10-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

Processing Time

1 - Design (1-3 Days):
After you place your order, our talented designers will begin crafting your custom items. 

2 - Production (2-7 Days):
Most products typically require 2 to 7 days for processing. However, certain items with specialized production methods (like hand-painted products) may take longer.

3 - Shipping (7-10 Days or Faster):
Once production is complete, your product will be securely packaged and shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 10 days.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Shipping:
Order Price <$59, shipping fee $6.99, shipping time: 7-10 business days
Order Price over $59, Free shipping, shipping time: 7-10 business days

Expedited Shipping:
$16.99 for each order, shipping time: 4-7 business days

When will I get the tracking number?

The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If you don't see any updates in the tracking for 14 days, please email us at support@babacustom.com. We will investigate the issue and get back to you promptly.

Are the colors on the site accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our Customer Service team(Email: support@babacustom.com) with any questions.

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email after the order is shipped. You can click "View your order" to view detailed logistics information, or get in contact with us: support@babacustom.com

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is locked for processing after placement, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please be aware that personalized orders are committed to processing immediately upon completion, making adjustments impossible. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.

What if I receive a wrong order or item?

If there has been an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue by sending you a replacement product. However, please understand that we do not offer refunds in this case, as customized items are unique to you and cannot be resold once purchased. We appreciate your understanding!
