Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?

If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam E-mail folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact Customer Service at support@babacustom.com.

Are the colors on the site accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our Customer Service team(Email: support@babacustom.com) with any questions.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery(15-25 business days) is FREE on any order over $59.

How do I track my order?

To view the status of your order, simply log in to your babacustom.com account and click "My Orders." Then, select the order number you want to review. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service team at support@babacustom.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Because of personalized products, if you need to cancel or replace the product or replace the personalized content. You will have to pay 30% of the product price as the customization fee. (Special note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order to cancel/modify, we will charge the corresponding production fee because the customized product will be produced immediately once the order is placed in order to ensure a timely production and delivery. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The time for delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, produced, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-10 days after the order is placed. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–20 business days.

What if I receive a wrong order or item?

If incorrect items are delivered or your order is incomplete, contact us and we will make it right. Customer Service: support@babacustom.com

How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?

After we receive the returned goods, it takes 3-5 business days to finish transfer, and it needs 5-15 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to be credited back to your card. If you still don’t get it, please contact issuing bank for information first. For assistance, contact Customer Service.
