Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom orders, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you qualify, we will gladly send you a new order.
Order Customization:
We will start customizing your order immediately upon purchase. Therefore, modifications to personalized information cannot be made once the order is placed.
Free Replacement Policy:
If your package has not moved for more than 3 weeks or is significantly delayed beyond our estimated arrival time, and the shipping address is correct, you will be entitled to a FREE replacement.
Responsibility for Damages:
We take full responsibility for issues that arise within 30 days of delivery, including:
